The next COVID-19 Day of Reflection will take place on Sunday 8 March 2026.

It will be an opportunity to come together to remember those who lost their lives since the pandemic began and to honour the tireless work and acts of kindness shown during this unprecedented time.

The government affirmed its commitment to the day as part of a broader commemorative programme that was announced last year. We have established resources commemorating the COVID-19 Pandemic which include a series of oral histories, education materials and details of memorials.
